The CNC control systems have been specifically designed for SOYER KTS CNC stud welding machines. They guarantee an invariably high quality performance whether producing individual components or indeed mass production.
BOLZIT W32
Graphic-supported programming system forSOYER KTS-CNC stud welding machines. BolzitW32 manages up to 2000 different welding stud types and up to 99999 NC programs. Up to 200 different machine types can be managed. The number of the programmable studs is restricted to the available main storage
The newly developed and patented external EQS-3 quality assurance system (Patent No. 10059659) serves to monitor and evaluate stud welding works carried out according to the capacitor discharge, drawn arc and short-cycle drawn arc process.
The MA-400 S machine control unit with graphical programming system allows the entry of all welding parameters for controlling the CNC coordinatetype tables via a data terminal. This simplifies the whole welding procedure making individual operation of the stud welders unnecessary.
